I can’t recommend Paul Graham enough. They became involved in our sale after months of viewings with an agent that over-valued our property and no offers. Steve showed us several local properties that were comparable to ours to explain his evaluation and within weeks we had two serious offers. Every time we’ve had contact with Steve, Jane, Denise and the team they’ve been ready with an update having chased solicitors and queries. I didn’t have to chase anything (as I’d been told I would have to by friends and family). If you’re selling in Carshalton and the nearby areas, you can’t beat an agent that knows the market and supports you through the sales/buying process like Paul Graham.

My wife and I were first time buyers and had met with the various members of Paul Graham on numerous house viewings, before settling on the right one for us in which they were selling. We were very new to the whole process so there was a lot of questions we had to ask along the way, and none of which were ever too much for any of the helpful staff. It felt like they were there as much for us the buyers as they were the seller. They were always extremely friendly, approachable and personable, and no question was ever too much or too silly - and believe me we asked plenty! Jane, Adam and Denise, and their mortgage adviser Brendan are all the loveliest bunch of people to deal with; a real pleasure. They made the process as easy as they could, and went above and beyond for us with answering our many queries with quick responses, helpful info, help with us getting surveys done and recommendations of a brilliant mortgage adviser in Brendan, and a local solicitor (MW). My wife and I will look forward to bumping into them around the local area.

Jacqui went the extra mile daily to ensure the sale of our property went through. She took countless calls, chased our buyer and Solicitors and resolved many complex problems. Her hard work and dedication are what got the sale through so quickly and smoothly and we would not have been able to do it without her. In fact, she was one of the reasons we chose Paul Graham because she saw sales through on our last two properties and we know how invaluable her support, dedication and determination is. We cannot thank her enough.

Adam, Jane, Denise, in fact everyone who dealt with me couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic to any concerns I had - considering, because of a sitting tenant, the matter lasted from late August to mid-December, I had time to establish that all the staff were always very happy to assist me - I think in person I usually saw Adam which is why I've named him but I also had dealings with Jane and Denise, and I'd give them all 5 stars.

A really great team who took us through what was expected to be a straightforward sale but turned out to be just the opposite. We were kept updated & reassured throughout, always in a very professional & caring way.
