My wife and I were first time buyers and had met with the various members of Paul Graham on numerous house viewings, before settling on the right one for us in which they were selling. We were very new to the whole process so there was a lot of questions we had to ask along the way, and none of which were ever too much for any of the helpful staff. It felt like they were there as much for us the buyers as they were the seller. They were always extremely friendly, approachable and personable, and no question was ever too much or too silly - and believe me we asked plenty! Jane, Adam and Denise, and their mortgage adviser Brendan are all the loveliest bunch of people to deal with; a real pleasure. They made the process as easy as they could, and went above and beyond for us with answering our many queries with quick responses, helpful info, help with us getting surveys done and recommendations of a brilliant mortgage adviser in Brendan, and a local solicitor (MW). My wife and I will look forward to bumping into them around the local area.
