When we were looking at options to sell our property, there were plenty of agents trying to wow us with their glossy marketing materials and promise of a ‘5-star service’. But these agents came up short when it came to in-depth knowledge of the local market and dedicated sales progression. Our sale didn’t go smoothly due to numerous issues beyond our control at the bottom of the chain. While the agents handling the related sale floundered and failed to communicate, she kept a cool head and was in constant touch. Meanwhile, Jack’s knowledge of the local market is unrivalled, and the whole team were helpful and communicative throughout the process. I can’t thank them enough.
