Instruction of the Agent

 

Upon instruction, we will then proceed to prepare full sales details of your property. Bearing in mind the importance of presentation, we will ensure that your sales details highlight the important  features of your property. Your home will be shown to its best possible advantage with the aid of full colour photographs, floor plans and will feature on the most popular property websites.

We will advertise your property in our prominent office window displays as well regular advertisements with the Guardian Newspaper Group, on the Internet and, if required, in national newspapers and magazines.
 

Internet
