I can't really single out one member of the team more than another. The whole team were all equally attentive ,proactive and professionally understanding. I can't recommend them enough and also I have to mention that the standard of excellence is equal in both branches.

Despite hating estate agents, Paul Graham completely changed my mind. Jack, the branch manager, is on it. He’s professional, modern, and actually listens — not your typical “salesy” agent. He runs a great team and everyone that we interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. But the real secret weapon and what truly made Paul Graham stand out is Jane, the sales progressor. There’s a saying: “time kills deals” — and trust me, Jane doesn’t let that happen. She kept everything moving, chased everyone when needed, and made the whole process so much smoother than my purchase, where I felt like I was doing all the heavy lifting. Honestly, if every agent worked like these guys, estate agents wouldn’t have such a bad name. Highly recommend.
