We had a great experience with the sales team at Paul Graham in Carshalton during the sale of our home. From the outset, they were highly organised with arranging viewings and kept us consistently updated throughout the process. We particularly appreciated how they grouped viewings into batches, which meant we weren’t constantly having to leave the house at short notice or at inconvenient times. A special mention to Noah and Hannah, who both did an excellent job showing prospective buyers around. Our first meeting with Jack really set the tone, he clearly explained their process and how they planned to market our property, and we immediately felt confident that they were the right agent for us. Although our first buyer unfortunately pulled out, the team remained supportive and reassuring, and were confident they could secure another suitable buyer, which they did. Jane, the sales progressor, was fantastic throughout. She worked tirelessly to chase both our buyer’s solicitors and our sellers, who were putting pressure on to complete quickly. She handled both sides of the chain with professionalism and efficiency, taking a lot of the stress off us and ensuring everything stayed on track. Overall, a highly professional, organised, and supportive team, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From the first meeting and property valuation to completion of the sale the service that we received was first class. This agent really does know its market and a realistic valuation led to 7 viewings and four offers in the first week. The whole process only took 12 weeks and during this time Jack and his team were highly professional and efficient. I would strongly recommend this agent to anybody.

After a year and a half of searching for a property and being let down by three different agencies (two of them being among the biggest names in the UK), I was extremely disappointed.
