We sold our house and bought the new one with Paul Graham and the whole experience was a very positive one. The team was great and did a good job of keeping up communication between their Carshalton and Wallington offices. Being local, they were easy to get hold of and didn't seem to mind me popping in on a regular basis in person with two small children in tow to get updates! Adam was very thorough when valuing our property and dealt patiently and clearly with prospective buyers and the acceptance of offers on our old place. Jane, Denise and Jacqui kept everything moving for us after the offer stage, including filling in blanks when our solicitor wasn't as clear with communication. We had a very tight and specific deadline for completion which they appreciated and which they worked towards so that we could submit a school application on time. Jacqui did a great job keeping our vendor on side with our request, even when it probably wasn't very convenient for them, and the whole team liaised quickly and effectively with solicitors and other estate agents in the chain. Would very much recommend them to anyone.
