Having lost my father last year & being the executor of his estate it was my responsibility to sell the family home. Living in Cyprus did not make this an easy task but both Jane & Denise kept me informed with the progress of the sale throughout, during what was quite a stressful & emotional time for me. The viewings were undertaken by Paul Graham themselves in my absence & they were respectful & security conscious when showing prospective buyers around the property. All were sympathetic to my situation in that I just couldn't be in the UK at the drop of a hat & both ladies especially went above & beyond the "call of duty" in making calls for me & chasing all the solicitors in the chain to ensure that exchange & completion could take place when I was in the UK, having had unexpected delays with the exchanges! I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Paul Graham's services again if buying or selling a property as I received a personal & informative service throughout the process.
