Selling my house was a very stressful time for me and the whole team at Paul Graham especially Jacqui - communicated with me on all levels with an extremely caring and professional manner making the whole sale seamless. Jacqui handled most of the sale however when she was away from site she handed any outstanding queries to her team which was addressed efficiently and without delay. I had total confidence in the team and Jacqui portrayed knowledge and professional advice - nothing was too much trouble. I have now moved and can see with my busy life and little knowledge of the property market that without Paul Graham and the team behind me I would have struggled throughout the process. When my parents were alive they would use no other agent and I can see why. I am looking to buy a property in the near future and without hesitation I will use Paul Graham again.
