Following Saturday's announcement about a second national lockdown, we want to assure our customers of how Paul Graham will remain here to support you.

The Housing Secretary has now confirmed the property market will remain open during this lockdown, so operating safely will continue to be our top priority. Appointments, including viewings and valuations, can still take place, following our safety procedures.

Throughout this period, we expect the property market to continue to be very busy, as there is a genuine need for many people to move. We recognise the importance of making sure we help people get into the homes they need. So, we will continue to work hard to facilitate this while taking all the necessary precautions to reduce the spread of Coronavirus. If the situation changes, we will update you, but please do not hesitate to give us a call on the usual office numbers.
