I used Paul Graham for both sale and purchase. All of the team have been brilliant. Despite having a less than pleasant experience 5 years ago, PG seemed to have really turned things around. Lisa put me at ease when I initially discussed listing the property with them having been unsuccessful with another agent. Though the market was slow, they continued to get people through the door, the previous firm only arranged for people to not turn up. The whole team were good at managing expectations and were realistic when we thought about lowering the asking price. As I grew more frustrated and considered taking off of the market the team kept working to find me a buyer and suddenly I had 3 offers in a fortnight at the new asking price, of which the team advised on the most appropriate (least time wasting) buyer. I can only list 2 people on this, but it seemed to me that Karen really covered some hard yards in getting the flat sold. On the purchase, I was able to deal directly with the vendor and PG were good in the facilitation of that. PG had the whole chain which enabled Jacqui to manage the chain (with plenty of pestering by myself which required a lot of patience on her side). As always, solicitors are a nightmare and I felt that at least the agent was representing me and the vendor.
